I am a highly skilled and experienced Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree. I am passionate about the therapy work I have been doing with youth, adults, couples, and families for over 25 years. I act as a facilitator and guide to help you bounce back from the challenges you are facing. I understand that sometimes it’s hard to reach out for help. Connecting with a skilled therapist can make things easier. In our work together I will offer a calm, supportive, empathic approach. I will help you set goals for change and find new ways to care for yourself.  I will challenge and support you to make the changes you want for yourself. People often come to therapy because they are feeling stuck and unsure how to get started. I offer clients a safe place to explore issues they are bringing into therapy. I draw on years of clinical training and personal and professional experience. I am client-centred and solution focussed and integrate many modalities including relational and psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFFT and mindfulness. I believe in the importance of building a trusting therapy relationship. My hope is that in our psychotherapy work together you will find the space to connect with your inner strength and develop a deeper sense of happiness, calm, and well-being, and self-acceptance.

My downtown Toronto therapy practice office is tucked into a quiet and comfortable spot in the West end Toronto High Park Roncesvalles neighbourhood.
